Hello

I just upgrade the plan today. it still didn’t work for my PPT slides ( I am unable to add more slido questions)

Hi @chengh,

If you’ve upgraded to an annual plan, it will apply to Slido sessions created after the upgrade. A Slido you created before upgrading may still be on the Basic plan. If you purchased a one-time plan, it applies to one specific Slido and covers an event of up to seven consecutive days. You can set the event dates up to a year ahead and test your Slido before the event. Learn more about one-time plans.
