Why is my QR code not showing on ppt?

Hi, I created a slido poll on PowerPoint but it’s not showing the QR code when I present. Can you please help? Thank you

Hey @rraghuna ,

Could you please follow these instructions:

If you don't see a QR code, check if it needs to be turned on in your event Settings:

  1. In your event, go to Settings
  2. Open Customization and then Present mode
  3. Toggle on Join event via QR code
