Can Slido be restricted from Webex meetings but still be allowed for Webinars?

I’m looking for a way to enable Slido for Webinars but either restrict or control its use in the Meetings space.  It looks like there is a way to prevent participants from initiating a Slido in a meeting but sharing overall has to be disabled in order to do so.  I would like to find a way to only enable Slido for Webinar use or restrict its use in the Meetings space in the same way it is for Webinars where participants cannot initiate Slido.
