Whether you're running a Q&A session, testing the knowledge of your audience with a quiz, or gathering feedback, up to 100 people can participate in a slido with our Basic plan. With our paid plans, 200 - 5,000 participants can join. They can submit an unlimited number of questions and poll votes.
Visit our Pricing page to see the overview of all our plans.
If you organize bigger meetings or events, you can request a quote by emailing support@slido.com
The participant limit applies to the overall number of people joining your slido. You can view the current participant statistics anytime in the Analytics tab of your slido’s Host view.

Invite participants to your slido
All your attendees need to participate in a slido is a computer or a mobile device and an Internet connection.
There's no need to download anything, they can join via a slido code, joining link, or QR code that you share with them. Joining instructions are also always displayed in Present mode, which displays questions and poll results for your audience.
How participants are counted in your Slido
It’s also important to note that the participant count for each Slido is cumulative. This means that if you reuse the same Slido for multiple meetings or events, the participant count from previous sessions are included in the total. As a result, you may see a banner appear even if your current session has fewer participants.
To avoid any interruptions, we recommend creating a duplicate Slido for new sessions or events. If you’re using Slido for PowerPoint, you can follow our step-by-step guide on how to duplicate a Slido in directly in PowerPoint.
What happens if you reach the participant limit of your plan
If your Slido reaches the participant limit, you’ll see a banner in Host Mode letting you know that the limit has been reached.
Going slightly over the limit is usually fine. However, to protect Slido’s stability and performance for everyone, there’s a chance the session may be blocked if the participant limit is exceeded by a significant amount.
