I like to conduct tests before the presentation/event/session to make sure everything including Slido is working correctly. So I will have staff use QR and respond to my Slido poll Qs. Does this have any impact on the (3) total polls that can be used per presentation/event/session for the Basic plan? I really can’t have Slido discontinue working in the middle of my presentation if I hit some threshold. Thanks!

Great question, but you don’t have anything to worry about. Yes you’re limited to three polls in your slido/presentation, but you can use them however many times you need to. Just remember to reset your results after testing with your colleagues.
The only exception is the total number of participants. People who join to help test do count towards your total participant number (100/slido for Basic plans).

To add to this question, it looks like the event can only run for 1 week under the basic plan. If I test a poll before my start date will it limit me to one week from the time of the test and reset my event dates in Slido?
Also, does the basic plan come with 100 or 200 guests? I thought it was 200, but you note 100 above.

You are correct, maximum time with our free Basic plan is 7 days but you can definitely test beforehand without losing any content. Have a look at this guide to learn more about how to test your slido in advance.
As for the participant limit in the free Basic plan, you can have up to 100 participants, all features included in this plan can be found on our pricing page here.
