I was just wondering if there is a way to format text inside the slido questions.  For example, if I’d like something to appear as bolded and underlined, is there a way to do this?Thanks in advance!

I cannot click on log in or sign up on the add in in PPT. The buttons do not do anything if i press it. 

When I open a PowerPoint file used in a past lecture, the Slido event linked to that file automatically gets activated. For instance, if I use lecture materials from a year ago as reference materials for this year's lecture, the event frequently gets activated. Please advise me on how to avoid this issue.

I’m organizing a TEDx event where there is 9 speakers. I’m using Slido to collect questions from the audience to relay to the speakers at the end of the event in a panel discussion. I would like to change the question to "Type your question and speaker to ask" 

I’m using multiple choice polls. Can I show the results of the 2 polls at the same time on the same page?

Is it possible to poll in a classroom on a PowerPoint presentation in Zoom for point credit? I have integrated with PowerPoint, but not with Zoom. IT hasn’t given permission yet. I have made 5 slides, but I don’t know how to activate the slides with a QR code nor keep track of the correct/incorrect answers by participant. Will this require Zoom integration? 

Ok so beacuse you cant use video or audio in the Quiz feature - i want to use powerpoint for the visuals of my quiz and have everyone anwer live via slidoso:slide 1 =  QR code to slido and instructions slide 2 = Question 1slide 3 = Question 2 etc etc Slide 5 = Shows current leaderboard from Slido while the participants are looking at my presentation they use their phone or second screen answer the questions in Slido, they are the exact same as my presentation just without the audio visial element. BUT how do insert just the leaderboard? 

I created two slidos for one event and paid for one time only professionalWe have up to 700 users for one slido. according to Slido I can only activate 1 slido for one time only professional option. Then If I want to active both of my slidos, do I need to pay twice? The slido need to be activated in same day. 

I am creating a word cloud, which simply uses numbers 1-17 and I will be inputting the certain frequencies of each number in our company. I have completed the word cloud, however the sizes of all the numbers are all the same as seen in the image  attached below. How do I get the number with higher frequencies to be larger?Also is it possible to change the shape of the word cloud? 

HelloWe usually use the professional one-time plan. We purchased it for a scheduled event in two days but now, we don’t use it. What do we need to do to cancel the plan and get the money back?Thanks for your help!Nadja B.

Hi, I created a quiz and poll and want to know if I can share it with someone else in my department so they can use it? It’s not to collaborate but for them to use as their own.

How does slido calculate leaderboard - example - 3 persons answered 3 question properly, time presented in leaderboard is the same for all 3 persons? How 1st, 2nd, 3rd place is calculated even leaderboard presents the same scoring + time (minutes + seconds) the same for all?

Can you answer quiz questions in Slido anonymously?

How to deactivate a slido poll after an event? Our poll is still showing as active, but we need to freeze the results. This seems like it should be a no-brainer, as it should be easy enough to provide the option to select a button  to activate and deactivate a poll, question, etc.

Is back ground Music is available in Slido during conduction of quiz?

Hi Team, I wish to conduct a multiple choice question / quiz in my briefing. Then, at the end of my quiz, it appears a thank you for participation page that allows me to attach link and direct my audience to my personal website for sign up.  Does Slido have function like mentioned above?  I know I can attach an external link on the menu bar OR I can manually create a new QR on my presentation to ask my audience to scan again to access to my website, but the idea is to create a seamless flow to guide my audience to head over to my website after completion of quiz. I look forward to your reply thank you. 

I want to have an ‘always on’ Q&A so the company can be constantly asking questions as they arise. Is it possible to have a consistent Q&A session going with an engage profile? 

Situation: Virtual symposium is ~75 days out and I’m wanting to integrate Slido into our Microsoft Teams environment. If I use the One-Time Professional pricing plan, will I still have access to all the upgraded backend features leading up to the symposium or will those only be accessible during the set event days. Additionally, we will have 5-6 breakout rooms, will our room facilitators theoretically be able to add the Slido interactions to their respected rooms they’re moderating or would that require an additional license?

I have the box clicked to require people to enter their name, in the organizational settings, but it is not working on my Slidos that I had already created.  (For my co-worker, it automatically changed all her previous Slidos.)

I have a multiple-choice question and I have added a figure; however, I need to add images to the answers and I cannot see how to do that.
