Is anyone else have difficulty with the ranking polls dissappearing? Every time I create it dissappears.

I would like to organise a quiz using Slido in PowerPoint. The participants are of different nationalities, so I would like to add the option to select a language at the start of the quiz, so that the questions are displayed in the selected language. The answers would still be counted together for the ranking, regardless of the selected language. Is this possible?

Hello everyone!I'm a medical professor and I prepare my classes in Prezi, as it allows me to present theoretical content along with images and videos of procedures in a dynamic way.I also use Slido to create interactive moments with students, mainly in ranking, multiple choice, and quiz formats, to reinforce priorities for medical procedures, surgical preparation, instrument use, and analgesia.  My question: Is there a more seamless way to incorporate or "embed" Slido into Prezi, without having to leave the presentation? Or is there a beta/integrator feature that allows this experience?I'd appreciate any tips or workarounds that other teachers are already using!

I have a question about the word clouds and open text features.First, when collecting responses from participants, the presentation screen shows the responses appearing one by one like an animation. I would like to know if it is possible to replay this process from the beginning later.Specifically, in word clouds, when gathering participants’ input, can the process of words appearing one by one like a cloud animation be replayed afterward? The same question applies to open text.My second question is whether the responses collected in word clouds and open text can be downloaded later in Excel or another file format. Also, which product or subscription plan would be required to use this feature?

I set up a Slido Multiple choice Quiz earlier this year and now I can not find it.How do I access past creations in Slido?

Hello,I am needing to have a daily poll done for a 12-week project. I have the dates made appropriately to last the full 12 weeks. The problem I seem to have is I am not getting the capture of the daily poll? The staff is tasked with scanning the QR code that is printed off and reports they have been doing it for the past 2 days. I go to export the data and only have 2 responses. Am I doing something wrong or is it even possible to do a daily check with one slido for 12 weeks?

How do I update Slido for powerpoint?

I currently use the Webex login to access Slido, which has worked well for me and my current team. We have a new team member who will need access to Slido in the future, how will they be able to access the Webex login option? Do they need to have a Webex license to access the tool?

Can you change the size of the card in Powerpoint as our corporate brand mandates our logo is at the bottom of the slide?

Hi Experts, We have multiple slido events created for one function, both slido events are managed by the same person as a collaborator, however, the collaborator can’t move between the 2 Slido events and receive this message, please advise how to fix it, thanks!   

Hi - I only have 3 people as admins or owners and have 4 seats, but the application is saying all 4 seats are used. I need to assign the 4th one which should be open. Please advise. 

Since some days I cannot see any pictures (search pexel images) in slido as a preview to integrate them in my votings.There’s only a placeholder nothing else. Pictures are not shown in the votings afterwards.Any tips ?

I have set up a full training course with Slido events. I now want to reproduce each Slido event with the same polls to redeliver the course, but keep the original slidos. I feel that this should be easy, but can’t see how to do it. Any help is appreciated.

Can I conduct an “open text” survey and then have the results of the survey evaluated by the participants? 

Is there an option to have an ongoing (longer than 5 days) poll or survey?

I am trying to set up a Slido poll question at the beginning of my google slides presentation so that it asks the audience a multiple choice question. I want to then use this same exact slide with the poll results a few slides later. In trying to set it up, I try to duplicate the slide, but this only resets it and I am unable to see the results of the first slide. How can I set my slides up like this?

Wondering what happens to presentations that had slidos embedded via the plugin after I revoke the member status? What happens if I make them collaborator or eventually a member again, and redistribute an event?

We love using Slido for online learning with school children. However the word cloud feature has been problematic as we can’t find a moderation option before an answer appears on the screen.Is there anything that can be done to help with this? Our young people may not submit profanities, but they may type in silly things. Once one silly answer appears on the screen it diminishes the quality of Slido. We can use Q/A which does have moderation, but we really like the functionality of the word cloud for single word answers.  Thanks! 

Hi! I wanted to create a quiz for the team but the answers are variable meaning depending on the answer of the person in question. Say I have options A or B but I will ask our team first if person 1 will choose A or B so I cannot give an answer yet. Is this possible in Slido?

Hi, I integrated Slido into a PPT presentation for a 50 participant in-person meeting last week.  When it was time for everyone to connect, several attendees got a message saying “this code has been consumed” and could not log on.  Given I have the “Engage” paid plan that allows for at least 200 participants, why did this happen?  Thanks!

Hey there, I created a Slido with multiple questions within it (multi choice, free format, polls etc) and used it live in PowerPoints with attendees of my meeting. It worked perfectly. I want those who weren’t at the meeting to be able to submit their responses to each question too. The session is still open and it says ‘Active now’, but when you click the ‘join Slido’ link it says ‘there are no active polls at the moment’. It looks like I have to ‘start interaction’ for each question, but can’t have multiple interactions going at the same time. So how can I enable those who weren’t on the meeting to submit a response to ALL of the questions within the Slido session? Thanks!
