Hello - I would like to downgrade from Slido Engage back to the free version but can’t find a good way to do this in account settings. Please advise.

I have set up a full training course with Slido events. I now want to reproduce each Slido event with the same polls to redeliver the course, but keep the original slidos. I feel that this should be easy, but can’t see how to do it. Any help is appreciated.

Can I conduct an “open text” survey and then have the results of the survey evaluated by the participants? 

Is there an option to have an ongoing (longer than 5 days) poll or survey?

I am trying to set up a Slido poll question at the beginning of my google slides presentation so that it asks the audience a multiple choice question. I want to then use this same exact slide with the poll results a few slides later. In trying to set it up, I try to duplicate the slide, but this only resets it and I am unable to see the results of the first slide. How can I set my slides up like this?

Wondering what happens to presentations that had slidos embedded via the plugin after I revoke the member status? What happens if I make them collaborator or eventually a member again, and redistribute an event?

We love using Slido for online learning with school children. However the word cloud feature has been problematic as we can’t find a moderation option before an answer appears on the screen.Is there anything that can be done to help with this? Our young people may not submit profanities, but they may type in silly things. Once one silly answer appears on the screen it diminishes the quality of Slido. We can use Q/A which does have moderation, but we really like the functionality of the word cloud for single word answers.  Thanks! 

Hi! I wanted to create a quiz for the team but the answers are variable meaning depending on the answer of the person in question. Say I have options A or B but I will ask our team first if person 1 will choose A or B so I cannot give an answer yet. Is this possible in Slido?

Hi, I integrated Slido into a PPT presentation for a 50 participant in-person meeting last week.  When it was time for everyone to connect, several attendees got a message saying “this code has been consumed” and could not log on.  Given I have the “Engage” paid plan that allows for at least 200 participants, why did this happen?  Thanks!

Hey there, I created a Slido with multiple questions within it (multi choice, free format, polls etc) and used it live in PowerPoints with attendees of my meeting. It worked perfectly. I want those who weren’t at the meeting to be able to submit their responses to each question too. The session is still open and it says ‘Active now’, but when you click the ‘join Slido’ link it says ‘there are no active polls at the moment’. It looks like I have to ‘start interaction’ for each question, but can’t have multiple interactions going at the same time. So how can I enable those who weren’t on the meeting to submit a response to ALL of the questions within the Slido session? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I would like to know if i can extend a poll and Q&A after the end date and if i can, how and for free or i would pay and can I extend it more than once?

Hello guys, I have a technical problem logging in to Slido.com using my WebEx account. Since the 07/16/2025, the login is running on an error or the login and authorization process is repeated in a continuous loop without entering the Slido environment. The browser is Windows Edge and Windows 11 version is installed on the laptop. I have also tried to restart the laptop and clear the cache. All without success.Does anyone have an idea what this might be because of?Thanks a lot and many greetings!

Is it possible to have multiple quizzes in a single presentation? For example, my presentation has 3 modules. I would like to have 2 or 3 quiz questions after each module. I’m using PowerPoint integration but I only seem to be able to create one single quiz.Thanks in advance.

how do I increase the time allowed to answer multiple choice questions 

I’m in a circular loop, where I try to open slido in powerpoint, I get prompted to sign in, I sign in, but still cant use Slido. Please help 

I have a Slido Questions (Q&A, Word Cloud, MCQ, Open text Q, Rating) PPT lecture that i used last year in a course. I would like to reuse that PPT lecture this year. I do not know how to clear (remove/delete) the answers from last year. I pressed “reset slido” but that did not delet the answers from last year. Can you please provide step by step instructions on how to reset this PPT so that I do not need to redo this work. Hi.Thanks for helping with my earlier question!  I am running a Conference over 3 days. On the first day there will be one main session and then on the following days there will be the main session which will split into concurrent sessions in different rooms and then return to the main session. Can I use the same link for 2-3 days? ie One link for the main session (to be used off and on over 3 days), One link for one concurrent session (to be used off and on over 2 days) and another link for the 2nd concurrent session (to be used off and on over 2 days)?I hope this makes sense?Thanks, Chris

We exported the questions for the Q&A but the responses are not there, is that possible to get?

Hi!  Is there a way to remove dates on a slido event? see below...  

 Hi Slido team,I can’t upload images into Poll or Quiz, I have tried to resize it not excess 10MB and the dimensions under 3000px. Please can you advise. 

When displaying the results of a multiple choice poll, the choices and bar charts do not resize to fit the screen, and I have to scroll through the results. It doesn’t make for a clean presentation when you are displaying them on a screen.  Is there any workaround for this? Thanks!

Would I be right in thinking the “Assign Session” functionality has not made it into the new experience yet? Or am I missing something?

Can both a PowerPoint and a live Q&A be visible at the same time?
