Hi there, I just bought the one-time engage event plan but have not yet created an event. Now, if I want to create the slides, Slido asks me to upgrade and to pay again… Where can I start setting up the event that I paid for???My event is tomorrow, so a bit frustrated. Thanks for any help!
I have brought an event plan for £60 but will need to run the polls twice. Will I be able to do that or should I have brought the annual plan?
Hi Community,I want to build a kind of scavenger hunt. Teams of three people will walk around a large garden. At ten different locations they should answer one question. So I don’t want them to just stand somewhere without moving and answer all 10 questions. ;) I wonder how to set this up best. Can I create this within one event and give them QR codes/links/passcodes to each questions or do I have to create ten events each with one poll? Thanks a bunch for a hint!
I am running a 1 hour session with 6 speakers. Each will show their own 10 minute powerpoint presentation. The presentations will not run as a single slide deck. How can I use the same poll (with different questions from each speaker) for all presenters? This way participants in the audience will not not have to keep scanning different codes.
How can I predefine the suggested list of phrases for the Word Cloud poll type? For example, I want to ask the audience to tell me the names of brands they use to gather logs. And I already provided them a short list of most popular ones like:ElasticSearch, Grafana Loki, StatsD, Datadog, New Relic. So, via the poll I want the audience to not only choose brands that they use now, but also type new brands that are not listed yet.So the “Multiple Choice” poll type doesn’t suit because they can’t add new options there. The “Word Cloud” poll suite more, but I can’t predefine the list of suggested options, so people will type something like “Elastic” + “ElasticSearch” + “Elastic Search” + “Elastic Stack” + “ELK” and we will got a lot of duplicates. So, could you please extend the “Word Cloud” poll configuration to allow adding predefined suggested options, with keeping the ability to add new custom strings?
I want to add some verbiage on the slide that has the QR code for folks to ask questions, but everything I’ve tried does not work. Is this even possible?
How does word cloud select the responses it displays? I know it shows the most common responses as a bigger font but many of the responses only have 1 vote. It doesn't seem to post the most recent responses. Just asking since some responses, which had very different topics, weren't reflected on the main screen. Thanks!
Hello, I’m new to Slido and considering intergrating it into PowerPoint to make a 90 minute speaking spot I’m delivering at an upcoming conference more interactive. First question - can I run Slido solo and continue chatting to my audience of around 130 people? Second question - is it correct I need two laptops to do so, one to connect my laptop with the presentation the audience will see and a second to run Slido. Third question - do you need two laptops if delivering a similar presentation online via Zoom. Many thanks
Hi there, I am going to be purchasing the enterprise option and will be setting the anonymity to default - always stay anonymous. Is there a way that the admins (me) could still track who answers polls and Q&As without other attendees seeing this information? Essentially, we’d like to be able to track a participant’s responses and activities throughout the conference and in pre and post event surveys without any other participants seeing the names. Thank you
I would like to look the results up by the dates they were submitted, is this possible? I want to look at results on a specific date, but I can only see the end result. Is it possible to learn what the data was during the polling?
Hello,Im running a conference that is happening over 6 days with panel discussions happening back to back. Will a single event license be able to cover these requirements? There will be 18 different panels, none of which are happening concurrently.Do advise? Thanks.
Hi, we are considering purchasing Slido for our Consulting firm to run polls for our clients. If we (the consulting firm) create a poll using our Slido account and provide our client with “guest” access, will the client be able to launch a Slido poll we created (on their PC) in PowerPoint?
Hello! Once 2 rooms are created within a single event, is it possible to condense them into 1? We decided 1 room would be more ideal, and I don’t want to have to delete 1 room and completely retype all questions. Thanks!
If polling questions are integrated into a PPT presentation, how does it work for multiple users/presenters? Do they need to log in to Slido? Do they also need to have the PPT integration app on the laptop they are presenting from? If there are meetings going on at the same time could the presenters be logged in to separate sessions utilizing the same polling questions?
I would like to create a Radar view based on the review of 9 questions based on ratings into a radar view consolidating all 9 answers….https://app.sli.do/event/2cJ8kyzTiD2CsVwUM14jod/embed/polls/4ac13799-f725-4f5f-bd65-7413dec7207bAny idea how to perform this ?Thanks
Options to download are grayed out on the Slido Results. What am I doing wrong?
Has asynchronous quizzing been added as a feature yet? From my search, it looks as though this is a highly requested feature that users have been requesting for 3+ years now.Even allowing users to view correct survey results asynchronously would be helpful if it is easier to do that than add this feature to the current quiz setup.
Hi,I cannot add additional interactions to my PowerPoint presentation. It's telling me to upgrade. Is there a limitation to the number of interactions you can use while you are on basic?
Hi guys,Has anyone experienced using Slido's PowerPoint integration during MS Teams events? I'm interested in hearing about its reliability, advantages and drawbacks.TIA
I’ve run an AGM a for a club, electing a new committee with multiple positions. I used a ranked choice system assuming the system would calculate in “rounds of voting” and not use a points based system. Is there a way to find the raw data with the participants initial choices? (Eg. 30 participants ranked choices.)
I would like to know if a guest collaborator can present an event (Slido included into a PowerPoint presentation). Thank your for your answer
When trying to insert a poll in PPT via the SLI.DO plugin, you first need to select an event. When you have lots of events this is a long alphabetical list without query or sorting options. Can a simple query be added or a selection based on a specific space? That would reduce the number of events and make inserting polls much easier for large events.
Hi. Will a Slido Word cloud work for 135 people submitting ideas?
How many people can respond to a slido in powerpoint with a basic account?
