My event is in the 3rd week of March. i need at least 2 weeks time to frame the quiz. and test it. When should i make the purchase

You can purchase a one time plan at any time to create your content and test before your live event begins. As long as your slido dates are set for when the live event is taking place, then the plan won’t expire until it is over.
