Help with poll answers not showing in present mode

In case you’re using the Slido browser version, have you checked your results are not hidden, please?
If you’re using a word cloud poll, it may be that some of the submissions might be filtered out and I’d recommend checking how our word cloud works here. 

If you’re using PowerPoint or Google Slides integrations, make sure to double-check the settings for showing the results directly in the integration’s Slido sidebar (instructions for PowerPoint here and Google Slides here) as these might be overriding your settings.
