We have members and non-members at our events. Is there way to automatically identify audience questions that come from a member? (so that we can answer it preferentially…)Nick 

If I create a survey or poll in Slido, can I set the survey/poll access setting to private so that only I can see the results and prevent other users in my Slido org from seeing the results?  I need to make sure the results are confidential and only visible to me.

I delivered a session with colleagues yesterday and used Slido. It was great but some of the group were unable to make it, can I send out a link so they can access and answer all questions or does it have to be delivered via presentation? Thanks  

Hello,If I receive 100 responses to a poll and the limit is 100 responses, but other people click on the poll link and try to respond, what screen do they see? Will they still get to see the responses chart that shows how everyone else answered? This is what I want to happen.Thanks

May i know whether we can customize the quiz display feature in the Slido? Please refer to the attached photo. 

Hi, I was wondering if I could input a feature request. A big fan of Slido myself, I only see one real flaw in the current process, and that’s the lack of a Presenter Board. The issue I have is that a lot of the times we have a team of people in the Moderation menu selecting the questions to be sent to the presenter to ask and there is not real way to send them over to the Q&A Moderator on stage without using external means. Right now we’re using live word doc, but it’s a bit cumbersome and not very fluid. Vevox has a function called “Approve for Presenter” so that the questions that are approved by the team get sent to the presenter view and are visible on presenter link only, but not to the rest of the attendees. This is really useful because it allows for more seamless communication between back of house team and presenters on stage. Hi i am running team day but using a master slide deck. different people are compiling different agenda sections and then sending back to me to consolidate into the main one. however when doing this their slidos dont then work when in presentation mode? the only way i can see is if you switch session, but doing this brings up a warning saying ‘All polling slides you created will be removed from this presentation’ so fear i add one in but delete the rest. is there a way to keep in one presentation multiple created slidos? i have a paid account so can have unlimited polls. thanks 

I am creating a ranking SLIDO where I am asking the participants to rank the top 3 (out of 7) options they would choose. I see how I can export the results for one user, but is there a way to export all user results in one file?

Hi there!! Was wondering here if there's any possibility to move to a different slide depending on the replies received in a pool. For instance, if I throw a pool with option A or Option B, and more people option A, then I can go to the next slide, but if more people are to chose option B, then I can jump to a further slide. 

Before polling, can we ask to the people from which continent they are coming so we can track that, or that has to be done by a polling question?

Hello,Our company is planning to use Slido for user events and gift rewards.I understand that we can set up user actual names and emails by upgrading our license. However, I have a question: What if a user enters their name and email randomly? Is there any way to prevent the audience from using fake names and emails?If we can't ensure the accuracy of the provided names and emails, won't it be challenging to identify and reward the actual audience? Even if we implement a verification process for names and emails, we may still face difficulties in reaching out to the real audience.Please let us know if you have any solutions. Thank you.

Hello,can Slido automatically delete inappropriate/dirty words in “World cloud”? We will be using Czech and Slovak languages. Or is there any way to control this?Thank you.

Can I check the the following re adding team members please?I can add a team member with ANY email address i.e. not from same organisation? Is there a limit on the number of people I can add? Is there a limit on the number of activation ‘switches’ I can do? Does each team member triggered ‘event’ generate separate data? I saw that ‘they can’t see other’s data’ so assuming this is the case Is there an API that allows me to programatically add/activate/monitor number events team members have run?

We have created a poll on slido for WebEx and two anonymous users responded with the following problem:using this slido poll https://app.sli.do/event/7QDPe2Z765MxyyQ8wdYYPJ after submitting the poll, an error occurred and submit failed. the user could not proceed and saw in one form field (e.g. 17/41) the answers from other anonymous users in image below, only the red frame was the response from the user. the rest was not his/her content!! two users reported that problem on the same day (27.10.2023 between 0800-1200 CET)That does not sound right and is a vulnerability/privacy concern. Please help us understand what caused such a malfunction and is this a known limitation of slido?ThanksChristian

It seems that participants when answering a multiple choice poll that I created containing multiple questions, are seeing all of the questions from the poll at the same time. Would you know if there is a setting in Slido that I could use, so that when running a multiple choice poll containing multiple questions, participants could only see one question at a time, before moving on to the next question? Hello,Sometimes when a respondent types multiple words in their response for a word cloud, each word comes in it’s own box.  For example: “The sky is blue” comes through as “the” in one box, “sky” in another box, “is” in another box, and “blue” in another box.  So then instead of one box that says “the sky is blue” we have 4 boxes that doesn’t make sense.  This only happens some of the time, which is confusing to me. Most of the time responses come with multiple words (as in a sentence) in one box.   Can anyone shed some guidance on this?Thank you!

I added the slido live poll feature to my site with iframe embed. I send the user name to the slido screen using the user_name parameter. But whatever name I sent first remains. So slido saves this name in the cache. How do I solve this?

Hi everyone, we use slido for training purposes. Sometimes the second trainer/facilitator is an operational manager who doesn’t have a slido licence. In the past it was easy to make that person a “co-host” in order to allow to start and edit polls. Will that be still possible? I understand there are some changes? Markus (from Germany)
