Unable to select show results immediately

Hi,

When I set up a multiple choice question, and put in answer choices and select the correct answer, I am unable to choose show results immediately. It automatically reverts to show results on click but I don’t want that. I want people to see where people are voting while casting their own vote.

    If you’re using the browser version when you change settings they should save automatically when you follow these steps: 

    1. With your poll selected, open the Settings on the top right 
    2. Select view results Visible

    Here are some screen shots to show you how to do that:

    Select Visible

     

    If you are following these steps but the same issue is happening then there may be a cache issue with your browser. I would suggest contacting our support team directly or further assistance here.
