Dear Slido Team,

I would like to cancel my ENGAGE subscription and request a full refund in accordance with your 30-day money-back guarantee.

I couldn’t find any cancellation option in my account settings. I just fill the provided "Contact us" survey and now i can see this announcement - Thank you for contacting us. The Slido Commerce team will get back to you soon. But I didn't receive any e-mail or other confirmation that you received my request. 

Please let me know if you need any further information from my side.

I can see my colleagues have already sent you the refund link to your email. Once you follow the steps, the refund will be completed. You will then receive the money back to your account in the next few days.

Our commerce support currently operates within EMEA business hours and we are also not available during weekends, so we only got to your email today.
