How is last activity measured?

I’m curious how the ‘last activity’ of a member is measured.  Is that based on log-in, creating a Slido, or something else?
Is there a detailed log of activity?

Hi @C Myers

“Last activity” refers to when a member either created new content or edited content within a slido. So a simple login isn’t enough to account as “activity”. The member must create or edit something within their account. I hope that makes sense!

And regarding activity logs, I’d steer you towards the Organization Analytics section of your account. That’s where you can find all sorts of specific insights from your account/license.

Thanks so much.  I am trying to determine active usage.  If someone doesn’t use Slido for months, I’d like to be able to report on that.

It doesn’t seem that the analytics provides the ‘last login’ or activity either.  Is there a way to pull that data?

Thanks,

Clare.

Hi @C Myers

That makes sense and I apologize I didn’t mention this before. Instead of going to Organization analytics, go to the Team tab within your account. There you’ll see the last activity of all members and you’ll also see a download/export option near the upper right corner. That will download an .xlsx file with member-specific data (including each members’ last activity date).
