Hi, is it possible to add a separate image to each answer option in a multiple-choice quiz, rather than just adding one image to the question?

Hi
This is not currently possible to add an image for each answer. It is possible only to add one image to the poll question.
We appreciate the inquiry and will pass it onto the team.
