While there may be use cases where it is helpful, for many years we’ve been using Slido as a simple and easy way to gather questions from the audience for Q&A.
So it’s frustrating when we find out (when our users complain) that a new feature like 'Question AI' has been added, which the users have not agreed to allow to process their data as part of participating in the event, and there’s no obvious way to disable it in the settings!
New features like this should really default to disabled (but by all means tell us about them, just don’t enable by default!), and should be able to be disabled by the admin for an event (without having to contact support) from the regular settings dialog on a per-event basis for one-time paid plans.
(currently it seems to only be able to be disabled organization-wide, and only for paid recurring plans, and shows up by default on paid one-time / single-event plans….)
