Assigning a quiz like a quiz..not a poll?

I have 53 students and I want them to take a quiz like a quiz.  At their own pace.  How can I assign them to take the quiz and not have to wait on the questions?

Hi @Greg_A_1 👋

Slido’s Quiz is designed to run live, with everyone answering together as you move through each question. If you want students to complete questions at their own pace, please use the Slido Survey instead.

Just note, surveys don’t show a leaderboard or correct answers at the end, these are only available in the live Quiz.

I hope that helps!

Thank you. Do you know how I can incorporate quiz questions into my PowerPoint? I have downloaded the Slido for PowerPoint tool, but can only add in questions as poll not as quiz. Any advice? Thank you.

Hi @Greg_A_1

Great question.

When using the Slido for PowerPoint integration, Quiz questions you’ve created in Slido should appear in Existing interactions.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Open the Slido sidebar in PowerPoint.

  2. Make sure your presentation is linked to the correct Slido event.

  3. Click Existing interactions.

  4. You should see your Quiz questions listed there individually.

  5. From there, you can insert each Quiz question as its own slide into your deck.

Just keep in mind that Quiz questions still run live, meaning you’ll advance them one by one during the session.

All the best,
