Basic to Engage Plan - Not upgraded

HI

I have paid for a one off upgrade yet my account is still at Basic and i cant proceed further with creating my Slido beyond 3 Q’s ! Any suggestions please

We usually see this when someone has purchased a one-time plan. The plan will apply to one single slido. Sometimes people don't realize which slido it was applied to and they accidentally delete or use another slido.

I’d reach out to support@slido.com to make sure you have the correct slido upgraded.
