i want to ask whats best use case for conference.
We want use Q&A for every presentation, maybe with some pools integration.
Is it necessary to make each one slidos separately (and then prepare and print login info + QR codes) or is there any other solution how to do it?

Great question, it really depends on how many sessions you’ll be running at the conference.
You have two main options:

Create a separate Slido per session

This keeps things very clear for participants, since they simply join a new Slido each time they attend a session.

You’d prepare and share a unique QR code/login info for each session.

Use the multiple rooms feature

You create a single Slido event for the whole conference and then set up a separate room for each session.

Participants join once and then choose their session from a dropdown menu.

This avoids printing multiple QR codes, but it requires participants to navigate within Slido to the right room.

Both setups work well, it just comes down to whether you want to prioritize simplicity for attendees (option 1) or convenience in setup and distribution (option 2).
