Can I divided my teams into groups

We dont have a team feature available, but we will submit this as a feature request.

As a workaround, I would suggest having 1 person be the designated responder for the Quiz from each team although Im not sure it would work this way in Webex unless there is a way to create a side chat with the team members such as in a Slack channel or something of the sort.
