it is possible to add a hyperlink into a poll description. I made a link how you can add a poll description to each quiz question: https://app.vidcast.io/share/6a058656-ff77-46f7-92c7-6c1e5fc6b2c3

You need to add it to each question separately and then it will work for your participants. I would just advice removing timer for each quiz question as it may take a bit longer to click on the link read through it and vote.
