Can I export data from slidos created by free users?

Hello,

I would just like to get clarity on my situation. I am currently using the free plan, and invited others to do so, too, as a way to engage participants. They have already created their own slidos using their accounts, and I only requested access for me to help manage them.

My question is, if I purchase Engage plan, will I be able to export data from their slidos?

Thank you!

Hey @chichi26 ,

Thanks for the question. Both hosts and co-hosts (guests) can download exports for slidos on paid plans. However… if a slido is created on a free (basic) account, its exports cannot be downloaded by anyone. Not even a co-host (guest) who has their own paid license can download these, because the slido itself was created under a Basic plan. So in your situation, you would not be able to download the exports from the slidos where you were a co-host, because the slido(s) was created under a free license.

I hope that makes sense! Let us know if you have any other questions.

Best,
