you are definitely able to set your slido session's dates where your quiz is created for one day through your slido settings. However, the quiz has to be moderated live. Participants will see the quiz questions only when the host activates them/advances through the quiz manually.
However, I can definitely understand how useful it would be to have an asynchronous quiz, so I've gone ahead and shared this as a feature request with our team. Maybe we will see such feature in the future 😊
