My free version of Slido won’t let me extend the dates of my Slido board. Help says you should be able to extend it once your 7 days is up but it won’t allow me. Any thoughts?

Hello @rapc

With our free Basic plan, you can only have an active Slido for up to 7 consecutive days. You can extend these dates by adjusting dates of your slido event in the Settings. Make sure it is set to a 7 date range. Also, please, try to change your slido #code, as it seems different slido with the same slido code is active during that period.

If you purchase an Annual Plan you can have the dates active for up to a year without needing to consistently edit the dates.

Our One-Time Plans are only available for up to 7 consecutive dates, and this cannot be extended.

If you still experience any issues, please, reach out to support@slido.com . We’ll be happy to help you from there.

Hope this answered your question.

Best,
