Dear Slido Team,

I would like to cancel my ENGAGE subscription (valid until March 19, 2026) and request a full refund in accordance with your 30-day money-back guarantee.

I already sent an email earlier today and just wanted to confirm whether this is the correct way to cancel the subscription. I couldn’t find any cancellation option in my account settings.
