Cancel Subscription

Dear Slido Team,

I would like to cancel my subscription and request a refund in accordance with your 30-day money-back guarantee.

I already sent an email earlier today and just wanted to confirm whether this is the correct way to cancel the subscription. I couldn’t find any cancellation option in my account settings.

Please let me know if you need any further information from my side.
