I’m using Chrome on a Mac. Every time I try logging into Slido, it forces me to reset my password. I have cleared cache (for all time) and it still makes me reset. I can log in using Incognito in Chrome, and I can log in on Safari. Still, Chrome is my default browser and I cannot use this integration properly unless I change my default browser permanently.

could you please confirm if it asks you to reset password for some of our integrations? Or it is when you are logging in to www.slido.com

If you have any screenshot of the moment when it asks you to reset password it would be very valuable. Also if you could forward all of the pictures and details to support@slido.com you may have much quicker reply from our Customer Care team.
