Hi. I created an event and am using slido to collect information about people who will be attending. When they use the QR code, it takes them into the event / poll. But when they use the code it says “Sorry, there is no such slido active right now”. I’ve set the slido dates to be active from Jan 19th to Jan 28th, but the problem persists. They’re entering the code correctly because I’m doing the same on my cell phone.

This should be working with the dates active right now, could you check that the correct QR code was shared for the Slido code you have?
