I am trying to collaborate and add a co-host. I noticed that I do not have this tab on my side bar. What do I need to do to get this feature?

Would you be referring to the sidebar in PowerPoint or in Google Slides? If so, the option wouldn’t appear there. You would need to invite the Co-host from Slido in your browser.
If you’re a Guest (outside of the Slido license), you would not be able to add a Co-host. To have that capability, you would need to contact the Slido license owner to add you as a member to the license.
