Question

Collect questions from your audience

Hey there,

I’m a fairly new user and I’m struggling a bit with setting up a slido. I want my audience to submit their own questions, but I’m not sure which poll to choose for that. What I’ve done so far is choose the Open Text poll and just ask for people to submit their questions.

Is that the best way? Or am I missing something? I don’t want a multiple choice.

@AlwaysBeAdvising - you’re on the right track, but instead of a poll, you should choose the “Audience Q&A” option.

Whenever you add a new “interaction,” there should be an “Audience Q&A” option...but you only add it once. That makes it so people can submit questions, along side the other polls you add. People can switch back and forth between the Q&A and the polls on their phones.

I think that’s all you’re missing 😀

@AlwaysBeAdvising that’s right. Adding the Audience Q&A interaction is all you need to do. Then you can use the open text (and other polls) to ask specific questions to your audience.
