Considering Getting Professional Plan

Just have a couple of questions to clarify about pricing and features for the Professional Plan:

- The listed Max joined participants per slido is 1000.
Question: Does this 1000 refer to how many people can be on the slido at one given time and interact with the slido elements (Q&A). Or does it mean based on the length of the meeting - that there can only be 1000 that pass through that meeting?

- Is there a limit to how many questions can be submitted in one given Slido meeting?

- What is the length of a meeting? Can a meeting be opened to extend a number of weeks? Is there a difference in the length a meeting can be based on the Professional One-Time Plan vs the Annual Plan?

Hi @pscdesign ,

The participant limit is a limit for the whole slido session, however it is not a hard limit. If you exceed the limit by 10%, it is completely fine - you will see a banner in your host mode notifying you that you exceeded the limit. However, once you exceed the limit by more than 10%, your slido session might get blocked. That being said, when a participant joins your event, that will count as 1 entry (joining from the same browser). However, the only time it can count as an additional participant, is if they're joining through a private or incognito window.

The audience Q&A feature is unlimited, meaning your participants can submit as many questions as they like.

With Slido’s one-time plans, you can use advanced features for a single slido lasting up to 7 continuous days while our annual plans allow you to create an unlimited number of slidos that can last up to one year.

On top of that, you can share a direct permanent link to your slido with your participant which allows your audience to answer a poll outside your set dates.

Hope this helps!

Kindly,
