Hi @satined
I'm happy to share that we've resolved the issue, and everything should be working smoothly now. Thank you for waiting patiently while we worked on this!
Hi, I am having an issue with presenting a correct answer MCQ being revealed on the slide, indicated by a tick beside the answer, before I unhide the participant’s answers. I have MCQs and the correct answer/s selected in settings. I have also ticked the questions to show correct answer. Before when I presented these questions live, they would not indicate any difference on-screen to the participants before I revealed the responses and correct answer. Now this function is useless as it shows when I display the question before anyone has answered it. When I untick the show correct answer it dissappears but then that means a 2 stage clicking process not just one reveal. Is there any way around this?
Hi @ElaineS,
If I understood correctly, you would first like to open the poll for voting, then show how people voted and then reveal the correct answer, right? Currently, this flow is not possible in PowerPoint. If you have the correct answer to indicate, you would show how people voted and which option is correct in one click. If you need a bit more control over all the steps, I would recommend controlling the polls from our webs-browser instead.
I know it is not ideal, but we have some limitations in the integrations and are working on improving this experience in the future.
Hope this helps!
