We have a user who changed their name recently. We use Okta as our IDP and the name has been updated in Okta, but when they launch Slido their old name is still displayed.
This user is a participant and does not have a member/admin account. It seems like the SAML asssertion is not updating the users name on their participant account.
What can i do to update a participant’s name in Slido if they don’t have an account as a member?
