I would like to create multiple-choice grid e.g. list 5 categories on the left, with all 5 having the same options to choose from to score e.g. very unlikely to very likely.
Is this possible? Currently seem only be able to do one at a time!

Currently we do not have an option like that, but you can create 5 polls (rating, ranking, or any type of a poll you’d like) and combine them into Survey.
You can also submit this idea to our Wishlist if you want.
That way they will get activated all at once.
