I have the Engage plan and started testing my slido this morning May 12 with sample responses and my event is the evening of May 19. Am I within the 1-week limit, or will my plan expire in the middle of my event next Monday? Help please!

If you purchased a one-time plan, the 1-week limit applies to the dates when participants can join the slido with the unique code and interact.  You can reset polls and delete testing Q&A when you’re finished testing.  Rest assured, you’ll continue to be able to access the event data far after your slido has ended (provided that you don’t delete it).

I accessed the Q&A with my phone using the code today. Does that trigger the one week? Or does it go by the dates I selected for the event when I set up the slido?

The dates apply to when participants can join the slido with the code.  The features available with your plan will remain accessible outside of the slido dates.

If you’ll be sharing the slido code, that will work for participants on the dates you selected for the slido.  Your prior testing won’t affect that.
