Essentially what I want to do is to give my team an anonymous feedback centre where they have a safe space to communicate without being singled out for their opinions.
Is there a way to create a Q&A session that has a longer time that 1 week - Is this included as an upgrade in any of the paid versions (I’m only using the free version at the moment).

You can set up longer periods with the annual plans. Since these are valid for a year, you can set up the dates for 12 months and then extend if you renew again.
I would also recommend looking into the Professional plan specifically, if you are interested to control the anonymity a bit more. We have an option to force anonymity with out participant privacy, which might be handy for the use-case you described.
