Can I eliminate participants who got wrong answer for every questions?

Thank you for your question. Currently it is not possible to eliminate participants from the quiz (unless they stop submitting their votes themselves). However, once your quiz is over, you can export your poll results into Excel sheet and edit your exports as you need.
