Options to download are grayed out on the Slido Results. What am I doing wrong?

this seems like the exports for Google are disabled for your Slido organisation. If you are the owner of the organisation please go to Organisation settings and billing where you can enable it.
If you are not the owner then the owner of your organisation needs to enable it. I am sending screenshots which can help you to find the options.
