Hi there, I am trying to incorporate Slido into my Powerpoint presentation on my mac. I was able to do so for 3 slides but for some reason, some of the options (open text, word cloud) are greyed out so I can’t access them as an option for a 4th slide. Can you advise why that could be? Thanks, Angie

the free Basic plan allows up to 3 polls within a slido session. If 3 polls were already created, the other options would be grayed out. However, if you are experiencing this with a paid plan, please reach out to us at support@slido.com and we'd be happy to look into this further for you.
