Unless you’ve selected the option to allow for multiple responses, by default, participants should only be allowed to vote once for each poll. However, more tech savvy participants could use multiple devices or incognito browser windows to vote multiple times. If you’d like to take this option away and you’re using a Professional or higher plan, you can restrict participant access by verifying each user via e-mail. With this option, you add or upload specific email addresses or domains. And each email address is sent a single unique code for entering.
Another alternative is setting up Google SSO or company SAML login for participants. This works in case your participants are from the same organization.
