How do I adjust the slido duration?

Hi, I want to keep an event Q&A open for a year as a form of online suggestion box/ permanent Q&A. At present it is only letting me open an event for 7 days at a time. How do I get round this?

Hey @Simon Hurst ,

If you are using the Basic Plan (free) of Slido, you can only have a slido active for 7 days at a time, you can always extend this manually by changing the dates to be within 7 days.

Our Paid plans allow for you to set the dates for up to 1 year long.

    Hi @Carly from Slido on this thread - do all paid plans allow this? I have the same question. I only want to run a simple Q&A but for 6 months - can I buy a one off event plan? Thanks

    Hey @JamesClarke88 ,

    Our Annual plans will allow for dates up to a year long.

    Our One-Time Plans are only valid for an event lasting up to 7 consecutive dates and then you cannot use the paid features after those dates even if you change them.

    Thanks @Carly from Slido so if I use the free version and want to run a 4 month event, can I just keep extending the event by a week every week?

    Hey @JamesClarke88 ,

    I would suggest using the Direct link to your Slido, and sharing that with your Participants.

    Just be mindful that with the Free Plan, you can only have up to 100 joined participants. So if you plan on using it for 4 months there can only be a total of 100 participants responding and joining your Slido.
