Hi - I have a number of ongoing surveys but they look to run only for a maximum of 12 months. Does anyone know if/how they can be extended, or even made permanent? many thanks!

it is possible to get a permanent link for your event as written in this article. You can either get a link to entire event or a specific poll/survey.
But if the event is older and you had many participants involved I would suggest duplicating these events. It is always good to create fresh events after some time to make sure they work properly.
