I have paid an upgrade for one event but I am not allow to use its benefit in my slido event.

Do you know how can activate it?

sometimes it happens that the plan is purchased as a pre-paid version so that the next event you would create would actually get upgraded. But in case you wanted a specific event to be upgraded please write to support@slido.com and they could take a look at your account and help with the upgrade.
