I bought a one-time plan but it doesn't reflect in my account

The company bought an engage plan for me to use at the event, the invoice is available and appears as paid in my account, however, when I access my account it still shows the basic level.

 

How do I upgrade to the engaged level after payment? It should have been automatic but it wasn't.

It looks like the license was applied to a Slido that was then deleted. Please reach out to our support team via email (support@slido.com) and we can transfer the license to one of your active Slidos.
