I have paid the Engage Plan but I cannot upgrade my Slido, help please.

First time Slido user here, please be gentle.

I have paid the one-time Engage Plan to use in a Slido event, it did load at first but I cannot see it anymore. My account has reverted back to Basic. I have the Slido event “EMEA Procurement Team Meeting Oct25” created but my account asks me to pay anew. Help please? Thanks

The one-time plan applies to one specific slido.  Your plan in the main admin view will still show as basic but the upgrade will apply to the slido you’ve selected to upgrade.  

You can see more about the one-time plans and how they work here.

Also, feel free to reach out to support@slido.com, and we can make sure the upgrade is applied to the correct slido for you.
