I have the Engage subscription but it appears that I still only have a limited number of polls, I have tried refreshing, signing in again - I am not sure what (if anything) I am doing wrong

It could be that the plan has been applied to a different slido or hasn’t been applied to any slido yet -  in which case it would be applied to the next slido you’ll create automatically. 

Could you please reach out to support@slido.com from the email address associated with your slido account and let the customer care team know the #slidocode of the slido in question?
