As we also invited a co-host, I am worried something has gone wrong, can you please check?

There could be a few reasons why your account appears as Basic. Firstly, please make sure that you are logged in with the correct email address. If the issue still shows, please email us at support@slido.com with screenshots of your entire screen where the basic plan shows so we can investigate further. 😊
