I paid for the one time event plan, but its telling me I can only make 1 quiz. What am I doing wrong?

It’s common that people will do a one-time upgrade and delete these after testing it out, thinking the upgrade will apply to another slido.  However, the one-time upgrade is only applied to the one slido.

So it’s possible you’ve deleted the slido, or are in another slido that does not have the upgrade.  Feel free to reach out to support@slido.com if you have accidentally deleted it or are having a separate issue.
