In that case, can you create a ‘dummy’ event that users do not have to access or login to, therefore still being able to send and receive surveys without the actual need for users to access the ‘linked event’?
I’m thinking what might help is to explain that: participants do not log into a Slido account, though you do have options to secure access to your slido/event.
Sorry what you describe is not clear to me - could you explain another way please?
Effectively, can users conduct a survey, without having to interact with an event, i.e. if I create a dummy event and link a survey to it, would that work?
By “interact,” would you mean having to activate the individual poll questions, one-by-one? When you share a link to the survey, you won’t need to activate the questions. The link will take participants to a full list of the questions under the survey, and they can respond on their own time.
Thanks Jennifer - but could you please let me know re the specific question about creating a dummy survey; can we simply create a dummy ‘event’ in order to send a survey, and that dummy event would purely be for the purposes of creating the survey which people complete in their own time. Is this possible?
